It's funny how one can be clinically considered morbidly-obese yet people say they don't look fat. I think it's because we all know somebody fat. When we think of the term morbidly-obese, many think of the man on some T:C special who had to get removed from his house by a crane. That's a very extreme situation that is very different from the average fatty walking down the street.
We're all human, we're all complicated, some of us are just kinda fat too. :)
